Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Sie ist sauber, gut ausgestattet (vor allem Küche) und die Klimaanlage war ein großer Pluspunkt.
Leider war das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht fertig, sodass wir zwei Stunden warten und später erneut kommen mussten. Außerdem ist die Wohnung extrem hellhörig – sowohl Geräusche von der Straße als auch aus dem Haus sind deutlich zu hören. Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden zudem Bauarbeiten im Gebäude statt (ab ca. 9 Uhr mit lautem Bohren), ohne dass wir darüber vorab informiert wurden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hätte insgesamt etwas besser sein können.

The location, close to the Port, Place Garibaldi and the Chateau. A lot of restaurants nearby. Although the room is small, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The bed/sofa is quite comfortable.
The lack of WiFi, and TV not working or not having the proper instructions to use it. Although we asked about it, we received an answer on our last day, but not a real solution. The box was there but apparently a stick was missing
