    The location is fair for the price point. It is convenient to all locations in Baguio. You can walk around, instead of being stuck in traffic. It is not the best but clearly stated that this is for sharing, "backpackers" Not a luxury hotel. Everything is almost self service. Self check in, just inform in the app/instructions are given. WiFi, if not working ask the staff or in the app, they are responsive. Water heater are working, if you are not familiar just ask the staff how to use. The shared kitchen is great especially if you want to cook or have lesser expenses for food. There are long term tenants but they are also friendly. I guess the only, is that when the third floor construction is done it will be a more pleasant stay especially when it is raining. It was a bit noisy due to the heavy rain. Also please check the doors in the CRs, though we can close the whole CR if you want privacy as there are multiple CRs. Just be cautious of the time when using it, as it is a shared CR. The outside lights, I believe is maintained by authorities but it could be great if there is a small light in the middle area, as it is steep going down at night and sometimes it is raining hard. Overall it is a great stay! Flexible time in and out, just inform the front desk early or in the app, they respond promptly.
