Overall, our experience was good. The place is clean and the staff are very accommodating.
For our first room, I think there was an issue with the power since the TV wasn't working even though it was plugged in. But they were quick to assist us and transferred us to a different room. They also helped us with our things while we were settling in, which we really appreciated.
The restaurant staff were also very polite, and they even let us borrow some utensils, which was really helpful. The location is also convenient since it's near some tourist spots and there are a lot of public transportation passing by.
For things to improve, I think the Wi-Fi connection could be better since it was a bit slow at times. It would also be nice if they could provide a rug near the CR to avoid getting the room floor wet.
One thing we experienced was getting lost on our way to the place. Apparently, there's an old location with the same name, so it was a bit confusing. Maybe they can add clearer directions to the new location in their automated messages or booking details. This would really help guests avoid the same experience.
Overall, sobrang okay ng stay namin and definitely a must-try itong bed and breakfast. If we go back to Baguio, this is definitely one of the places we'd consider staying at again. 😊

Our first room has a non-working TV but when I told the staff she immediately transferred us to a bigger room with a nice view (instant upgrade). Rooms are nice and clean.

The place accessible but the room thatvwas assigned has no TV they did not gave discount. The bidet is dripping.
But in fairness to the Staff they very good.
No discount was given base on what we did told them
