The stay is brand new, and still construction work is going on for upper floors.
Positive Point:
1. Clean
2. Helpful staff and owner behaviour
3. Peaceful location (away from hustle, adjacent to Arwah Cave)
4. Spacious
Down-side:
As it's newly built, there's still no restaurant, so-
1. for meals, you need to go out
2. No breakfast option available for Vegetarian or gluten-intolerant people, as the only complimentary breakfast you'll get two bread slices, 1 boiled egg and butter.
3. No water purifier available, only sealed packaged drinking water.

Good homestay with car parking, great location for any touristic place you want to visit. Nearby to many restaurants. Room was quite big with clean bedding and washroom. Definitely recommend this one
