    Out of the place property. With courtesous staff and excellent service. But would recommend to book directly from Polo group site, as they offer discount of food and spa, which was missing from Agoda site.

    The Polo hotel is what is called the most expensive hotel in cheerapunji which is having a view of 7 sisters fall. Frankly we paid 24k for the room. The room size was of so small that no one could even open there luggage properly. We have 2 kids kids and all the activities for the kids are paid. Even the basic things are paid. The buffet breakfast was so average and also the staff was not able to manage the people. This is something that you should skip for sure and spend the money wisely. Also the staff is not supportive as well. Choose your hotel wisely.
