The bed linen and bathroom were clean and it was easy to get into the apartment using the lockbox. The area was quiet and close to a metro. My issue with a strong odor in the bathroom was dealt with swiftly and very satisfactorily.
The interior walls and doors were stained and in need of attention as did the floor. The stairway up to the apartment was also in need of a clean. The balcony was tiny and not of much use and the table blocked access to the balcony.
