Space was limited, but the toilet and bathroom were separated. The bathroom is Japanese style and it was spacious and nice. Since check-in and check-out process are done by online (no staff), so this place is suitable for those who feels comfortable doing everything online, I think

The closeness to Asakusa area
Since this is almost like an airbnb I would have thought they had a common place to do laundry for guests. Theres a small laundry a few mins away but after walking thousands of steps a day it would have been nice to have one in the same building. The mini fridge barely got cold no temperature setting whatsoever. And since its summer in Japan the shower water temperature was still hot even after changing the temperature knob. There was a shower and a tub - the tub water temperature was easily changed to hot or cold but if you want to shower its pretty hot. I messaged my host but I think they didnt understand what I was trying to say. The view of the Tokyo tower was amazing from the room window.
