Loved this caravan, included everything you needed and more. Loved the outside area, great for the dog and just overall lovely place.

I like everything about this property, everything you can ever need is there, well equipped, modernized and very clean. Good value for money.

Very clean and cozy caravan, great facilities including the kitchen space and LED shower head lmao. Also right where I used to go as a kid and it's pure nostalgia, the pubs, food and arcade nearby are also great places to be in the evening if you've got nothing going on (with the beach also being there too)

Literally nothing except the mattress I slept on, just took soft for me but that's a none issue really

The location was fantastic. Public transport was accessible. Some of the activities are a few minutes' walk. I.e. Butlins, Fantasy Island, to mention a few. T

We were not helped at all when we misplaced the property keys. I texted the owner of the property at about 2140ish, giving him a heads up that we might have misplaced our key. At about minutes past 2200, I called his number twice, but he did not pick up. I called some number I got online, called him, and explained what had happened. He told me he needed to first speak with the owner to authorise him, giving us a spare key. It is now minutes past 2300, I call the guy again, and he conveys the message from the owner that they do not have any spare key for the property, which came to our surprise because at the first call, he said needed authorisation from the owner of the property to give us a spare key. He went ahead and asked us to call the owner of the property and that he should pick it up. This is the same person I sent a message at 2100ish, called minutes after 2200, didn't pick. Called again as instructed, and he picked up. All he said is sorry, but we do not have any spare key there, and that is very late in the night. He went on and said he was in the pub, and they live in Leicestershire, and his partner does not drive. All he said was he could come the following day at about 1400ish as he is slef employed. Went asked about a Locker smith, and he said we can get one, but the charge is onto us. We ended up getting a local locker Smith at midnight and paid almost £200.00 to change the lock. Old keys were found and left them behind as well in case they needed their keyholder.
