Very clean and quiet
Very friendly and welcoming staff
Maybe the extra bed could have been a bit bigger
It is a sofa bed but was fairly small for western standards

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.
The service was exceptional, the staff were extremely helpful and went beyond our expectation.
As a family of 4 we stay in one of the hotel suites, the decor and quality of the furnishings was excellent. The attention to detail and the facilities provided made a very enjoyable stay.
Would highly recommend staying at the hotel because it is simply exceptional.

Breakfast delivered in room, staff were extremely polite and considerate, super quiet rooms, very spacious and comfortable bed. Great location.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and spacious, which was perfect for our family. The location was also fantastic, with Nishiki Market and many other attractions within walking distance. We travelled with our 1.5-year-old son and felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
There was honestly very little we didn’t like about the property. We had a wonderful stay and found the accommodation, staff and location to be excellent.
