Location is good and the room was cozy.
The property is very responsive to private messages through booking, much appreciated.
On the booking page is written that laundry is available with extra charge, but actually there is no laundry in the building and you have to go to a different tower and get it done by yourself.
Reception guy asking us about the room key upon arrival, it was a bit confusing. There was miscommunication about where they room key was, but it got sorted quickly that the key was in the room already.
