Stylish and homely condo unit in Avida Riala Tower 3

I loved it. Even though there are a couple of small things that were missing (like a soap for the bathroom), everything was very nice. The location is very close to the Ayala mall and a lot of other nice places (stores, restaurants, banks and so on), the pools are very nice, the room was clean, but in the pictures it looks bigger, but still big enough for us, with lots of storage spaces, the key we got it at the reception downstairs. I loved it and I would 100% book it again

The only problem that I had was the waiting time at the elevator since there are lots of people coming and going every day, but that is a building 'situation' and has nothing to do with the booking.

水壓不是很穩，淋浴空間不大，沒有吹風機，天天流汗沒有提供吹風機很困擾

Presentation was very good, the location a few minutes walk to Ayala mall. Was definitely good to have knife, fork & spoon . The wifi was a bit too weak. Pool was nice and for a box type aircon, this has to be the quietest one I’ve had. The bed was vey comfy too.

On arrival I found a bucket full of water in the shower, the cupboard below the kitchen sinks smells terrible (owners pls add a vent to the door). Power points are in the wrong spot. Had to keep pulling the bed out just to recharge my phone & definitely no power points next to the sofa.Bar type dining table & chairs don’t suit this condo. TV need to be on a swing type bracket as you can’t watch movies while in bed.
