One Tea Osaka

The property is a 10 minute walk to Tengachaya station which has access to Nankai Airport and all other stations . It has a quiet neighbourhood where you can have a good rest after a tiring day. We stayed during the winter that’s why we only used the air conditioning for the heater which worked pretty well. The Toilet, Kitchen and Bedroom are spacious enough for a family of three. In our case, we have four Beds which is very convenient. Beddings and towels are provided clean and new. There are also tissues provided for our everyday needs. In every questions we had, the operator is always willing to answer weather in Booking.com or through whatsapp. Kudos to One Tea Osaka which offers a great price with good amenities. I’ll be happy to book this apartment again on my future trips to Osaka.

I liked how clean everything was. The pictures are accurate. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were nice. I was able to cook each day, without issue. It's very close to the train station, and there is a Lawson, and a grocery store around the corner.

The unit was very clean, but there is a smell as though rabbits lived there before maybe? My unit was on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator available, which is a minor inconvenience. Also, the building's trash bin at the entrance. When I arrived, it was very full and spilling out as I walked passed, but it was cleared a couple days after I checked in. My wife and I booked this place. However we booked another place after we saw a recent new review about a cockroach. I (husband) stayed at this unit for a few nights. I can say I felt comfortable cooking. I did not see any bugs in the unit, but around the 3rd night I did see some little friends on their backs in the stairway.
