The location was fantastic. Only a short walk to a major train station with a shopping street nearby, it was an excellent base for exploring all of Osaka. The apartment was larger than I expected, which was a huge plus. I really enjoyed having access to Japanese TV as well.

It was clean, spacious and above all close to everything, especially namba, dotonbori and umeda.
Some facilities could have been better. I was there for a month and did not have a lot of kitchen utensils. Pans were too big to cook with.

Very clean apartment, everything was nice including the free amenities for guests.
It was difficult to find a place to dry your clothes after washing them in the washing machine.

It was spotless; efficient electric stove. Comfortable bed and killer shower. Very close to metro station and tax free shop.
Stove-top hood way too low for me. So too the ceiling light,
