You have your own private toilet and bath, and your own space.
Has a shared washing machine and small kitchen on the 1st floor.
Clean main areas, but not under the bed, above the kitchen exhaust hood (dusty).
NO elevator. I stayed on the 3rd floor. So you have to carry your luggage in a steep staircase.
NO chairs in the room or at the lobby/kitchen. So when eating or doing laundry or cooking, either you stand eating, sit on the staircase, or go to your room and sit on the floor. Worse if you’re on the 3rd floor. You have to bring down the dishes, then go up again.
NO electric water heater for drinking, but a kettle is provided. So you can boil hot water for coffee or noodles.

It was very nice and clean and had things you could use for cooking and such
The only thing that was slightly annoying was our upstairs neighbors they were a little loud and rowdy at times

Check in et check out en autonomie, aucun soucis.
Isolation phonique mauvaise.
