The sunny orientation ensures a bright, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day and a high level of living comfort. The surroundings are shaped by nature, guaranteeing absolute peace and privacy. At the same time, the apartment is an ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities: in summer, cycling and hiking trails begin right at the doorstep. In winter, ski-out is possible in good snow conditions, making this accommodation particularly attractive. This holiday apartment combines alpine charm, an exceptional location and nature-oriented relaxation at the highest level—ideal for guests who appreciate tranquility, breathtaking views and direct access to the mountains. No pets allowed.
This lovingly converted holiday apartment is located in a traditional Maiensäss and offers an authentic living experience in a quiet, natural setting. It is the only apartment in the building, ensuring a high level of privacy. The accommodation extends over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a separate, modern and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy living room with a Swedish stove. In addition, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with WC. On the upper floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with two beds. In addition to the Swedish stove, the apartment is equipped with app-controlled infrared heaters, providing extra comfort. The holiday apartment accommodates up to four guests. Optionally, two additional teenagers or two children can be accommodated. A carport is available and an additional vehicle can be parked directly in front of the Maiensäss. This is a non-smoking apartment.
