If I were asked whether I would recommend this house to my friends, my answer would be yes.
Modern renovated house, kitchen fully applied with all necessities, nice view of the mountains, good and central location
There were construction works on the street in front of the house which was loud and blocked parking for 2 days. However, they were done faster than expected and the parking was available for the rest of the stay

Rundum perfekt!
Die Unterkunft ist unfassbar liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, wir haben selten eine so gut ausgestattete Unterkunft vorgefunden (Gewürze, Kerzen, auf jeder Etage Musikboxen, genug Gläser, Raclette Gerät, käsefondue und Fonduetopf), das ist wirklich outstanding. Auch die Nähe zum Bus ist super um täglich an die Pisten zu kommen, in den nächsten Ort zu fahren oder ermöglicht die gesamte Anreise mit dem Bus aus Chur. Alle 3 Betten sind super bequem, so kann jeder hier gut schlafen, ohne Abzüge. Wir haben die Balkone in der Sonne sehr genossen, inklusive der bequemen Balkonmöbel. Die drei Badezimmer sind äußerst praktisch, auf jeder Etage gibt es eins, so dass man sich nicht im weg ist. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist von jedem Fenster wunderschön. Wir waren leider zu früh da und hatten trotzdem die Möglichkeit früher rein zu kommen. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit hier!

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von Lenzerheide.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ist auch der Waschturm interessant.
Wegen den Treppen ist die Wohnung mit Kleinkindern nicht so geeignet. Im Wohnzimmer wäre eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit (Sessel) praktisch.
