This spacious 4½-room apartment in the center of Lai 2nd floor offers a variety of amenities and comfort for a pleasant stay. Features of the apartment include a shower, separate WC and a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and various built-in cupboards. The living/dining room has a TV, radio, a comfortable seating area and a dining table. A spacious south-facing balcony invites you to spend relaxing moments outdoors.
The apartment offers space for a total of 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Free W-LAN is also available. With a living area of approx. 108 m², there is enough space for all residents. A parking space in the underground garage and a passenger elevator in the apartment building provide additional comfort and convenience.
In winter, the sports bus from the Post bus stop takes you to the ski areas on the west and east sides in just a few minutes. Lenzerheide also has plenty to offer cross-country skiing enthusiasts: the cross-country skiing network in the Lenzerheide vacation region stretches from Parpan to Lantsch/Lenz with the biathlon arena.
In summer, the Heidsee lake with its water sports center and many hiking trails invites you to enjoy an active summer vacation. The three destinations of Arosa, Lenzerheide and Chur together form the largest contiguous bike area in Switzerland - the Bike Kingdom is right on the doorstep!
