This charming Alpine chalet (Maiensäss) extends over three floors and offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house includes two double bedrooms, ideal for families or couples, as well as a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed. Two modern bathrooms—one with a steam shower and WC, the other with a regular shower and WC—provide plenty of comfort and convenience. A laundry room and a separate storage room for skis and bikes are also available to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The entire property is surrounded by generous outdoor space and enjoys a prime location for exploring the wide range of activities in the Lenzerheide holiday region. In summer, the house sits directly on the extensive network of hiking and biking trails—perfect for active days in nature. In winter, the Tgantieni ski slope and valley descent run right past the house, offering unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access for a carefree skiing experience.
Firewood for cosy evenings by the indoor fireplace, as well as for the outdoor firepit on the terrace, is available in the shed and provides a warm, inviting atmosphere during the colder months.
Despite the peaceful setting, the chalet is well connected. The free sports bus, with a stop at Val Sporz, is about a 10-minute walk away. The picturesque village with shops and amenities is also within walking distance, reachable in around 15 to 20 minutes.
