Space big bath .

Bedding had stains . Toilet seat was broken . Mircowave inside was greasy just needed wiped to clean.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, im Ort komplett zentral gelegen, Co-op gleich nebenan. Sehr schönes und hilfreiches Infodossier erhalten zum Check-in und Check-out. Ausserdem ein toller Willkommensgruss. Die gratis Parkmöglichkeit direkt hinter der Unterkunft war immer frei. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr modern.

Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man eine Treppe zur Unterkunft nehmen muss. War für uns aber kein Problem! Alles war wunderbar.

We have recently returned from a week long stay at 38 Roods. This is the first time we have stayed in this type of accommodation, so wasn’t sure what to expect! We were sent a pdf Welcome Pack prior to our arrival via WhatsApp, which we found really useful as we arrived late in the evening. The property is accessed directly off the street, the entrance hall has coat hooks and shoe storage. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and cake, which was a lovely touch - Thank you. The living area is on the first floor with an open plan living room and kitchen. The furniture is comfortable and good for chilling in the evening. Television programmes etc are accessed via streaming. There is also a selection of games etc. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, washing up liquid as well as tea/coffee/sugar, condiments, and some herbs & spices, which we found very useful. There is a good sized dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. There was only two of us, so we only used the main bedroom, which has plenty of wardrobe space, a really comfortable bed and lovely white crisp bedding and fluffy white towels. The hairdryer is really good. The bathroom is light and airy with an electric, over the bath shower, heated towel rail, bathroom cabinet, lovely hand soap is also provided. The second bedroom is furnished comfortably with a small storage cupboard with a hanging rail for clothes. The whole apartment was warm, clean and comfortable. The owner was welcoming and always available via WhatsApp and responded quickly. Parking directly outside the apartment is restricted, but we didn’t find this an issue and always found a parking space close by without restrictions. There is a Co op directly facing the apartment which we used regularly. Kirriemuir is a lovely Wee Red Tun which is central for exploring and sightseeing. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.
