Glengate - Traditional home in Kirriemuir

Struttura accogliente e potenzialmente carina. Un buon punto di partenza per visitare la costa orientale.

Pulizia pessima (moltissimi capelli nella doccia, asciugamani e lenzuola macchiate, moquette e tappeti sporchi). Tavolo da pranzo minuscolo. Difficoltà di parcheggio (comunque questo era il problema minore). Dover togliere i capelli di altra gente dalla vasca da bagno non è davvero gradevole.

The property is obviously located in a housing area which did cause some issues with parking but there are large car parks nearby which we used overnight. It was a perfect base for our trip. The host was extremely helpful and empathetic when we thought we may have left an item behind!

The shower is very awkward to use given the slanted roof in the bathroom but that is something that cannot be helped! We did however notice a lot of dead spiders, slaters (woodlouse) and daddy long legs in the downstairs area, mainly the living room. A quick hoover around the skirtings would be beneficial. We also noticed in the bedrooms there were items left behind by previous guests, we found Kirby grips and bobbles left on the floor behind doors, so perhaps the property wasn’t hoovered before we arrived. Otherwise it was a great stay in a lovely area at a great value for money!

Shower was annoying with the slanted ceiling and the water temperature being unpredictable Struggled a couple of times to get a space outside so once we finally got a space just left the car for rest of our stay to guarantee our spot
