made a phone call upon arrival and the host appeared within a couple of minutes with the keys, communication was via email and clear instructions on how to access the property were great. The location was central supermarkets and local bars and restaurants
The pool area was a little run down and the poolside beds were in a poor condition, generally needed some TLC. The apartment its self was very adequate with plenty of facilities. However, the tv did not have english channels and everything required a login to use it and then still unable to view. Could have been cleaned a little better
