Ereza Villas Alicia

Beautiful villa. Very spacious. Air con in bedrooms was great. Very private te, not over looked.

The only thing I would recommend is that there should be a metal rail to aid getting in and out of the pool.

Big inside and out . Perfect kitchen . Pool was a good size . Very clean

Nothing

Location was ideal Communication was very good, most issues were sorted very promptly Pool cleaned several times during our stay Bed clothes, towels changed and full clean was done halfway through our stay Huge TV Internet worked well Plenty of outdoor seating in the sun and shaded

Air con in 1 room leaked and didn't work Hot water ran out after 2 showers. Had to wait for it to heat back up. Not ideal when getting ready to go out. Ants in the kitchen No pool table Ping pong padels we're old and damaged Little bits of lava rock all through the astro turf around the pool, couldn't walk on it without shoes

The wifi didn't work had to get somebody out , the safe was broken on arrival and took 10 days to repair , with not having any wifi the t v was useless, When eventually we got up and running the volume in the cinema room wouldn't work again that was repaired by the maintenance guy 2 weeks in to our 3 week stay , we couldn't use the roof terrace as it was gated and locked , the pool table is rubbish , the large sun bed is dirty . I'm not one to complain however you have asked for my opinion I do believe the I should get some compensation due the €5000 I payed and the villa not up to the the spec it should of been as per the addvisorizement
