It would be nice, like in others countries is a standard, to have a hand and body liquid in the bathroom, also tea and coffee in the kitchen because you come straight from your travel. The samples wrapped individually are not environmentally friendly and it’s a welcome pack only. And toilet paper if we booked for five nights🙈Also 125 eur deposit taken immediately from your account when checking in in addition to the payment for the entire stay and the rules are not clear at the time of your booking and payment. They message you after that you are required to check on first day of your stay the condition of the apartment and report to them 🙈which is ridiculous and should be rather reported to consumers rights Ombudsman!I am waiting now for the deposit back - they said it’s 7 days🙈it should be back immediately like a payment to them!
