Dobra lokalizacja na uboczu - spokój cisza. Czystość na plus. Możliwość przedłużenia doby. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.
Niesprawna spłuczka w toalecie - trzeba trzymać przycisk żeby woda leciała, Wypadająca klamka drzwi do sypialni - od strony salonu praktycznie nie idzie zamknąć sypialni, Okap nie działa. Jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na trzy dni dla dwóch osób, Jeden worek na śmieci i pojemności 15L na trzy dni. Telewizor jest ale telewizji nie ma, Smart w telewizorze nie działa bo z taką prędkością łącza wifi, aplikacje nie są w stanie działać więc telewizor robił za ozdobę.
