Great location if you are in Valencia for the beach vocation! Restaurants around serve authentic Spanish food ! Loads of supermarkets with delicious watermelons and cherries! Beautiful area . Big sandy beach literally 7 mins walk! Nice cosy apartments. Comfortable beds! Very convenient Kitchenette with all the appliances and utensils! Speedy internet. Large screen smart tv in the living area! The bedrooms are cosy and nicely decorated. Very helpful hosts.
The shower drains need draining. Also noticed the mould in the corners on the seals.
