Gut und modern ausgestattetes Zimmer. Klimaanlage, Beamer-TV, kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle. Kleiner Garten mit Tisch und Bank. Keine Kochgelegenheit aber gut ausgestattet für kleinen Bedarf. Kaffee und Tee steht zu Verfügung. Lage nahe am Bahnhof und Zentrum. Zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Nachts ist das Zimmer aufgrund der Geräte mit Standby-Licht nicht dunkel. Kurze, steile Strasse geht hoch bis zum Wohngebäude.

Sistemazione stupenda. Tutto nuovo e ben equipaggiato, a 2 passi dalla stazione dei treni. Fabio, il proprietario, persona deliziosa.

Struttura pulita accogliente nuova e situata in posizione strategica sia per muoversi per Rapallo che per spostarsi avendo vicino sia stazione dei treni che degli autobus. I gestori sono dei bravissimi ragazzi molto disponibili. Ho gia alloggiato qui 2 volte e tornero' anche in futuro. Consigliatissimo
