We loved ability to sit outside on the covered porch with my dog while inside a well designed fenced yard. We could watch the chickens and roosters, horses, and small goats. Had mountain views in the distance. Easy access to Landrum and I26. Could reach hiking areas within 30 minutes.

I stayed in a B&B that flooded during Helene. The basement
apartment had 5" of water. My dog & I were traumatized. After we slept in our Forester for 3 nights and spent 3 nights in a friends couch, we were both feeling hopeless & stressed.
My friend found the Pina Colada Cottage. We loved it. The designer finishes made us feel calm and relaxed. I loved the retro teal appliances. The bed was very comfortable. The exposed beams and high ceiling made the cottage feel spacious. I really needed the washer & dryer because all my clothes were wet from the flood.
Jessie, my cocker spaniel, & I loved the little fenced yard in front. I loved the porch swing and rockers. Rocking helps me feel peaceful.
I didn't realize how stressed we were until we started to feel better. The Pina Colada Cottage was the perfect place for us to recover from our challenges. We loved being in the country. We had never seen be a rooster. The biggest rooster liked spending time near the yard. The big rooster was almost as big as Jessie.
We appreciated the calm & quiet. Pina Colada Cottage is the perfect place for a single person & pet to stay. It would also be great for a couple or parents and a child.
We loved the cottage & would highly recommend it. We give it 5 stars!

This cottage was perfect for us, we spent a couple of weeks here while looking for property in the area. The space was adorable, it was close to Landrum, grocery store and restaurants. Our host Ian was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.
