Katydid Hospitality, LLC presents The Suite on Shelton, a low-cost rental in a newly renovated duplex. Excellent location for natural beauty, bustling downtown and rugged outdoor pursuits. Situated in a quiet, rural neighborhood only a 5 minutes drive from the artsy Traveler's Rest downtown. Boasting fabulous boutique restaurants, art and famous Swamp Rabbit Trail, this town offers so much for such a tiny place! The home features a king bed, large screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
During your stay, we are a phone call or text away to help with anything you might need. If you do not need us, self check-in and check-out allows you to enjoy your stay contact free. : )

Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Ring Doorbells at front and backdoor.
Same day booking with pre-approval.
ONLY dogs allowed with pre-approval from host. $65 fee
No Fireworks, confetti, or glitter.
No tape on walls, cabinets, etc.
No photography or videography without prior approval.
No firearms.
No parties without prior approval.
