The rental was clean, comfortable, and sized for our needs. Although the house is small, it feels roomy. I appreciated being able to rent a property with just enough room to fit two people comfortably, instead of a house designed to fit a large family. Please note there is no dishwasher and no washer/dryer in the guest house. Kitchen facilities are spare but adequate. The guest house is on the same lot as the owner's home but we did not see or hear the owner or anyone else nor were we bothered by any noise in the neighborhood. Thanks!

We enjoyed our visit very much and loved the location. We were able to walk downtown Greer and visit the many cute shops and restaurant/bars. We also visited relatives in Greenville, SC which was just a short 20 minute drive. Lovely area.

Stayed at this property 3 different times for contract work in the area. Excellent quiet, established neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Greer. The cottage amenities were as advertised and will certainly meet your needs! The hostess Kimberly is very responsive and her sidekick, "Ozzie the dog" is a cutie and excellent greeter! I would certainly stay here again!
