Initially booked for a family room on Agoda with 3 adults and 2 children and selected the option with a double bed and 2 single beds, only to get my booking confirmation from Dbn Spa for 2 adults only.
Called the spa and they were helpful enough to upgrade us to a family room at an additional cost. Ended up paying the amount at the Hotel.
The upgraded room was a mess when we walked in.
The couches at the table in the kitchen area had the cushions on the tables and nothing was put in place. I had to set things for my family to sit.
Eventually after unpacking we went to sit and eat at the kitchen but our clothes got wet because the sofas were soaking wet.
Called front desk to report it, they came and inspected and apologized and then moved us to another room.
We settled in that room and as we began eating cocroaches began walking on the wall and then toward the food. I have taken videos of this. Was a truly horrible experience.
