Accommodation Front - Elegant 4 Sleeper with Unbeatable Views

The large balcony with incredible view of the Ushaka beach area and the harbour entrance. Great location close to most attractions in the area and very spacious apartment.

When the wind picks up which happened twice it makes it impossible to open the sliding door and the wind causes a continuous whistle sound in the apartment.

The view of the Durban port, the activity around the loading decks, and ships etc in the Port upon entering the room was special. The panoramic view from the entry/exit point in and out of the port, Durban point, the private Yacht Club entrance, Ushaka Marine world, the Durban Coastline, and various beaches, right up to Umhlanga across the Indian ocean from that view was nothing short of amazing, what a view. A true South African Gem. I wish I stayed there if I was living/working in Durban, and hopefully the unit will be available if I come to visit Durban soon. A nice accommodation for various occasions.

The communication on how to get the keys needs improvement, the security guards that were shouting at us, because we were just trying to understand how to get access into the building, they can learn to be more polite. Access into the parking can be communicated better to a first time guest, and an explanation of which lift is the correct one to use to one's unit from the parking lot would certainly help.

The place is very secured and the rooms are beautiful with quality furniture. Actually everything was good. We had a room facing the sea that was so good

The lifts to 18th floor are different I had to call for clarity and that should be explained during check ins

There where no extra blankets
