Appartement spacieux, très bien localisé et hôtes très réactifs.
J’avais réservé un autre appartement et l’hôte ne me répondait pas et dès que j’ai réservé celui-ci ils m’ont tout de suite appelée pour m’indiquer où c’était et m’ont laissée check-in.
Ils m’ont aussi aidée pour d’autres choses lors de mon séjour, telles que trouver un taxi longue distance.
Je recommande vivement cet appartement si vous venez à Almaty, pour sa localisation, son espace ainsi que ses hôtes de confiance.

Easy access to restaurants and mall.
Tha lock code for the building entrance and gate is not working. The matress was not in good working condition the spring of the matress is horrible. The owner were not responsive in wattsup in any concern. Someone enter the apartment without informing us. I've mesaage the owner if there was maintenance check or expecting someone to come but he did not reply.
