Ev gayet temizdi, yatak çok rahattı ve konumu çok iyi, alışveriş merkezinin hemen karşısında yer alıyor. Evde temel mutfak eşyaları vardı, ısınma ile ilgili de sorun yaşamadık.
Bize ayrılan bir otopark yeri olmadığı ve ev merkezi konumda olduğundan dolayı ücretsiz park yeri bulmak biraz zor oldu. Ücretli park yerlerinde de saatlik 100KZT ücret ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Все было отлично, квартира чистая, удобная, все удобства были, хозяин очень оперативно и тщательно помогал с заездом и со всем чем нужно, сервис на высоте! Выше всяких похвал, попросил сделать выезд попозже, на что тоже хозяйка отнеслась с пониманием и все вышло отлично. Доступ к номеру безключевой, очень удобно.
Все понравилось, минусов не обнаружил

Поставила 6 только за расположение и инструкции по заселению в квартиру
Шел ремонт. И ужасный запах жженой резины который проник в квартиру. Дышать невозможно было. Окна закрыли включили кондер который толком не охлаждал. Супер НЕудобные подушки! Постельное белье старое одеяло не дышит. До такого плохие подушки спать не смогли вообще! Весь день следующий убитые в плохом настроении. Не прям чисто в квартире. Запах специфической еды и непонятно чего присутствовало в квартире.
