Уютная, чистая квартира, всё необходимое есть, отзывчивые хозяева. Что очень понравилось до заезда я получила всю необходимую информаци по кватире и что находится рядом магазины и т.д.
Это больше пожелание - было бы здорово если в квартие был бы удлинитель.

The host is very kind and friendly. The apartment is well located, close to all important places. many supermarkets inside the complex. walking distance from Forum Almaty, which is a big plus. close to bus stations. all in all a very convenient experience.
shower cabin needs renovation. no air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the reception. I used the extra mattress provided and slept the entire stay in the reception just below the AC. the AC has a disturbing ticking sound that starts only after 2 am! water heating is not the best, it's a central system though.

Квартира большая, чистая. Хозяева всегда на связи, всё объясняли если были вопросы.
Это конечно вопрос не к хозяевам, а к обслуживающей компании: очень долго надо спускать воду, чтобы тёпленькая пошла. И лично для меня было шумно от проезжающего транспорта по ул. Сейфулина, но это потому, что в обычной жизни, я живу в частном доме вдалеке от проезжей части.
