Vị trí sát biển, đi bộ 100m là tới. Phòng sạch sẽ, giá rẻ.
Không có thang máy, phòng đơn của mình leo tận lầu 3 nên hơi mệt.

Die nähe zum Strand. Strandbereich hier sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Serena Beach Club ist in der Nähe. Nach Mitternacht kehrt Ruhe ein. Das Homestay ist Nähe des Canale Grande (Venedig) und alles ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Große Auswahl an Restaurant s. Der Funky Nightmarkt hat eine Bühne mit Livebands, Feuerschlucker oder DJs
War im Mai 2026 hier. start der Regenzeit.. 1-2 Std. Pro Tag. Mit einem Roller zur Pepper Farm oder ins nächste Dorf gefahren. Obst und Gemüse gab es auch hier.. aber etwas höhere Preise. Tolle Busanbindung mit dem Pearl-Bus nach Duong Dong oder zum Flughafen. Gelber Bus 17 oder 19. Im Zimmer im Floor 4 ist der Wasserdruckboiler zu hören.. am 2. Tag gewöhnte ich mich dran.

Комната большая соответствует описанию, до моря ближе не куда. Есть небольшая кухня в низу. Хозяин говорит на английском и на русском.
По ночам с пляжа долбит музыка до 2 ночи, уборки не было но ее и не обещали. Холодильника в номере нет только внизу на кухне.

Расположение - остановились там для посещения сафари и шоу вечернего. Рядом с апарт отелем находится остановка с бесплатным транспортом. Рядом с городским пляжем
Отсутствует лифт, поэтому свой багаж нужно нести по лестнице, имеется запах с ванной комнаты, недалеко имеется пляжный ночной бар, в котором звучит постоянно музыка до 3 ночи
