Lecolau Villa

The property is really big so it is nice and quiet if that's what you're after. It is alittle away from the centre of town (15mins) but there are still lots of restaurants and grocery stores within reach by bike or Grab delivery. Wifi connection to work online was great! Pool was warm & always clean and a washing machine is available for use especially for a longer stay. Drinking water is readily available throughout the property. Aircon and hot water worked perfectly. The host Sergei is super friendly and helpful & makes a delicious cup of coffee!

The property is surrounded by nature so insects and little creatures are abundant. But the host easily came to help with the bigger Tokay geckos that make their way inside. Bed was the hard mattress common in Vietnam.

This place is just perfect, especially for digital nomads. The rooms are big and comfortable. Some rooms have a kitchen, but there are also 2 kitchens available in the house. Facilities such as the swimming pool, free drinking water, a free washing machine & and bbq where a total plus! Sergi the owner is a friendly guy who is always very responsive. You can even order some bean machine coffee for a reasonable fee. For digital nomads there is space to work outside the room or inside the room. The wifi works perfect, we never had problems and the kitchens are well equipped. We loved the location, it’s quiet and it offers great views over the sea and jungle. We even got to see the sunset from the rooftop terrace almost every night. The villa is perfectly situated in Phu Quoc, right in the middle of the island, within 10 minutes (scooter) you’ll be in the town. It’s also a possibility to rent a scooter via Sergi for a good price.

Мы прожили здесь почти 3-и месяца. Все очень понравилось. Красивая и ухоженная вилла, зеленая территория, живописный инфинити бассейн, с видом на горы, не большой, но всегда чистый и с прозрачной водой, за этим хорошо следят. Много зелени и цветов! Завораживающие закаты можно смотреть прямо со своего балкона или с крыши виллы, везде открываются потрясающие виды! В шаговой доступности магазины, рынок и кафе. Но если если захотите куда-то поехать, то нужен обязательно байк или такси. Это надо учитывать!
