The Heart house

This was a trip home to help take care of my mother. I'm from Indianapolis and very familiar with this area. It has come a long way from where it was six years ago. I felt safe my entire stay but didn't make any trips outside at night. I liked the host was quick to respond to questions. They were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. There are ac window units in almost every room. I noticed that there were extra fans and space heaters placed downstairs for your convenience. We enjoyed the house was prepared with necessary stuff for our stay such as clean towels, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, and a toaster. We had access to washer and dryer with laundry soap for us to use. I enjoyed the backyard was very private and had it's own parking pad. You can close the gate to secure your vehicle and added more privacy. Honestly the house did what it needed for our stay. We stayed in most the time we were there unless we were at the hospital a few hours of the day. We cooked meals and watched tv. This house is a duplex and I honestly enjoyed someone next to us and they were quiet.

There were a few things that could have made it better. There was no back porch light or flood light where you park your car in the back. It's very dark back there and that would be some added protection in the evening. The shower down stairs has a folding door that does not keep the water in the standing stall and water goes all over the floor. The glade plug ins... so many of them. That might not be a problem for some people but I'm sensitive to smells. Some areas of the house did smell like cigarette smoke which might be from the duplex neighbor living next door. It wasn't bothersome as the glade plug ins. The queen bed in the master room is not comfortable.
