I booked this property a year ago, so this was my second stay here. That should be enough to tell you how lovely the house, the neighborhood, and the owner are. If I had anything negative to say, it had a slight pet odor (I think pets aren’t allowed) when I first walked in, but nothing a little for Febreze couldn’t take care of. I will most likely book this same property next year on my annual visit.

Personally we did not give this an excellent rating because we like to have off street parking, TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms and we are not a fan of carpet because of cleanliness. The home was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was decent. All of the basic needs were provided. It was easy to get good delivered and Ubers. Would stay again.

We were excited about our stay in Indy - our first time. But immediately upon entering the home, we could tell it was not clean. The couch was not the one in the photos. Instead it smelled like a dirty sweat sock. The floor was grimy and we kept finding confetti on the floor in all the rooms. The kitchen was very poorly stocked so our family of four didn’t have enough cups to drink from. It seems like Goodwill and the college cafeteria were the primary stockers of the kitchen. The railing was falling off heading upstairs. Our bedroom had a dirty towel in the closet and the floors were uneven so the beds tilted. We checked out early because I was very worried about the health of our family after my kiddo developed an asthmatic cough on the first night. The host was responsive to our requests to check out early and have the place deep-cleaned.

The only reason I’m giving this property a 4 star review, is b/c in the middle of our stay, an AC maintenance man had to come for routine maintenance. The property owner did ask the morning of if it was ok, and I said yes b/c I understand things get scheduled, but I saw the message at 9:45am and the guy was there at 10:15am. While we could have stayed on site, we decided that would be awkward and we would have just had to hang out upstairs, so we just drove around instead. It was just inconvenient to leave for 1 1/2hrs. With that being said, the property was clean, comfortable, had everything we would need. The beds were comfortable and we did enjoy our stay. It’s close to Gainbridge stadium(only a few miles/10-15min Uber ride). Would recommend.

This was a really nice house set-up well for a family stay. The bedrooms were set up well and beds were very comfortable. We cooked a number of meals and the kitchen had what we needed. Jim was a very good host and responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had while at the house. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We did struggle to find the property because we arrived after dark, but we didn’t feel unsafe driving around the area. The house was very nice, had everything we needed and was updated and modern. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a bedroom on the main floor for my mom who couldn’t do stairs. We had a slight issue with the AC but the host was gracious enough to come take care of it right away. I would stay again anytime!

Communication with the property owner was easy and he provided me with the door access the day of my arrival. The two story home was beautiful. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very modern looking. Closets very spacious. A nice laundry area upstairs and an open concept living area. The beds were soft and comfy with fresh linens when we arrived. The neighborhood was very nice and close to the venue I was attending and a grocery store with in a short walking distance. Had a nice view of the park from the front window. All in all a 5 star experience. This being my first trip to Indianapolis, it sure won’t be my last. I would definitely book this place again.

We are a family of 3 plus our older dog and we had a wonderful stay here. Pros: large house, great park just across the street, super close to the Children's Museum and Zoo, excellent restaurants close enough to walk to (we highly recommend Mashcraft for great beer and pub food), friendly neighborhood with lots of families and 2 playgrounds, nice kitchen, comfy beds and couch, smart TV had all the streaming services you could think of! There is also coffee and tea provided if you don't want to bring your own. The host is very communicative and obviously cares a lot about the property and his guests.Things you may want to know: it is in the airport flight path so if you have a kiddo that wakes easily a plane could maybe wake them. Our kid sleeps like the dead so it wasn't a problem at all for us, and I think any in-city location would have a similar issue. The steps are a little steep so if you had a super young one I would consider bringing a baby gate. Our dog had a tougher time with the stairs than our kid though. The playground at the park is on the other end of the long park so you do have to walk a bit to it but when you're trying to get your kids' energy out that's not a bad thing! There is no fenced-in backyard so you do have to take your dog for a little walk, which the park across the street is perfect for. Sort-of cons: the water pressure in the kitchen is a little low and the room designed for kids is off the main living area so if you want to stay up and be

This property was even better than we expected. The property was beautiful, immaculate, and worked perfectly for our family! The owner thought of every little detail to make anyone’s stay as simple as can be! Plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries in case you forgot your own, night lights… the list goes on! The owner was beyond accommodating! We will absolutely stay here again for future visits!

Everything was great, bed we used was super comfortable and everything we needed was perfect. There was a few kitchen utensils that were dirty, and there was a a weird abundance of fitted sheets...The place was perfect for our needs though! We will be coming back for an annual visit to Indy and will most likely use this house again if available. Accommodations fit our family well. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great. Unfortunately we planned to cook our breakfasts and the cookware was in need. But the owner has ordered new cookware so that is taken care of.
