Apartament bun, modern și funcțional

Comunicare defectuoasă cu gazda, nu răspunde la mesaje sau o face cu mari intârzieri. Lipsă cearceafuri pentru a treia persoană. Foarte cald, termostat defect, am dormit la 28 de grade, vara. Recomandări: parcare subterană beznă, acces dificil, zgmot ziua( incă se construiește în și lângă bloc), vreo două plicuri de ceai nu strică, câteva căni și pahare în plus.

I have to start by saying that we got a full refund for this booking. The apartments are brand new, nicely furnished in a new building and close to the airport and Iulius Mall.

The keys were missing when we arrived. Once we got the keys we were put into an apartment that had none of the facilities advertised ( no AC, no washing machine or dishwasher). We were then moved into another apartment were the AC started leaking 10 mins after we turned it on. We were then told to stop using it and that we are free to leave if we are not happy with the conditions. The owner has several apartments however not all are finished. He false advertises all of them as having full facilities. His attitude was not at all professional.
