The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily. The location was perfect. Away from the Old Quarter and very close to Truc Bach Lake with loads of restaurants and cafes all very close.

View was nice.
The balcony was tiny and you could only get the lake view from a specific spot on the balcony. There was no elevator and the only room with a lake view was the one on the top floor which meant having to climb seven flights of stairs every day which wasn’t fun.
