Clean, very good value, new beds and very good pillows, very quiet.
Check-In was a disaster. We searched for 1 hour in 40 degrees. Wrong address and wrong hotel name. Had to request a change of address in the booking app. They changed it now so this should not be an issue anymore. Besides that

El servicio, la persona que atiende es muy amable y cooperadora, me ayudó en todo, incluso me cambió de habitación.
El tamaño de las habitaciones son amplias y comodas, el baño también.
El lugar es muy tranquilo, es un callejón y no se escuchan ruidos del exterior desde el edificio.
La ubicación, ya que a pesar de saber que estaba mas lejos de old quarter, no sabía que era tanta la distancia y que no hay forma de cruzar el puente caminando.
La habitación a la cual llegué fue la del primer piso y tiene unas pequeñas ventanas que dan a un lugar oscuro y pequeño, como una bodega donde guardan articulos de limpieza quizás. No hay iluminación ni ventilación natural por lo cual estaba oscura, con olor a humedad y llena de mosquitos. Además, al estar pegada al baño, ascensor y recepción se escuchaba todo tipo de ruidos desde las 6 o 7 am, muy incómodo y molesto, pero la encargada me cambió de habitación en cuanto se desocupó otra del 6° piso, muchisimo mejor.

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi! Everything was spotless, fresh, and super comfortable, which made it so easy to relax. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
It honestly made our trip even more special. We left with big smiles and great memories. Highly, highly recommended, and we’d love to come back again! 😊❤️✨

Location not ideal if wanting to stay around old quarter but perfect for what we wanted it for
