I have to definitely mention a great location quite close to the historical centre. It took around 20 minutes by walk, but only few minutes by metro, which was amazing. Also, there is a really nice park close to the apartment. The whole apartment was really nice and modern true to the pictures displayed. Cannot say anything bad in this regard :).
The only negative thing, which I can mention are occasional loud noises during the night. You can hear neighbours above, but it is bearable when you are used to live in a flat in a city which never sleeps.
