Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht. Super gelegen an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, nah genug am Strand und der Markt direkt vor der Tür (Mittwoch/Samstag). Super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation waren prima. Etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung. Außreichend Handtücher und Verbrauchsmaterial vorhanden.
Der Straßenverkehr ist extrem laut. Die Fenster sind zwar recht gut isolierend, aber es reicht nicht um gut schlafen zu können. Den Balkon kann man praktisch nicht nutzen.

Desi rezervarea a fost facuta in ultimul moment proprietarul s-a mobilizat excelent si ne-a pus apartamentul la dispozitie. Locatie langa plaja si alte puncte de interes. Apartament curat si foarte confortabil.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Check-in waren angenehm und ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung hat im Grunde alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht, es funktionierte auch alles. An den Fenstern der Schlafräume sind Außenrolladen. Der Blick aus dem 8.Stock ist außergewöhnlich. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig Supermärkte. Die Metrostation Princesa ist gleich um die Ecke, sehr praktisch. Am Mittwoch und Samstag findet auf der großen Parkfläche gegenüber ein Wochenmarkt statt.
Im Badezimmer müffelte es teils deutlich, wahrscheinlich aus dem Abfluss. Die Duschtasse war leider nicht sauber. Im Bad ist ein Absatz, der schon etwas stört. In der Küche gibt es keine Spülmaschine.
