Host was very friendly, helpful and was an awesome guide. All in one. Place was tidy, safe parking space for car, peaceful quiet location and also provided us canoe ride and breakfast. All included cost us half of 60% of what we expected and the experience was 100%better than what we had in mind. He clicked our pictures and gave us a local tour. Super recommended. Place was friendly for friends as well as family.

My stay mangalath holidays was perfect!! The host family were so welcoming and helpful, the house is very smart, and the room was to a very high standard. Special thanks to sanil, who went out of his way to welcome me. He took me on a complimentary kayak visit to see the sunset and to a view point to see the sunrise. He answered all my questions and was very warm :) Meenu and her mom were also very accommodating. They arranged a backwaters sunrise tour for me with no hassle and very good price Meenu’s mom is the best cook! I had dinner and breakfast twice and it was sooo good The family helped me catch my own fish for dinner from their own back yard. The house is 2 minute walk from the train station, very handy It is also quiet and serene there, I had a very restful stay and extended by one day because the family were so nice If you are coming to Monroe island 100% visit mangalath holidays!!

The Host and their family was very accommodative, hospitable and kind not only for us but our pets too.

It gets hard for us to keep expecting such warmth in the other stays after we leave from here :)
