Das Apartment ist neu und modern eingerichtet und lässt sich mit dem Aufzug erreichen. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Das Badezimmer hat eine begehbare Dusche und war sauber. Das Boxspringbett war sehr gemütlich und auf dem kleinen Balkon ließ sich schön sitzen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist, trotz der direkten Nähe zur S-Bahn, ruhig. Auch für das Auto konnten wir ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz in direkter Nähe zum Appartement finden. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und wir konnten sie bei Fragen einfach und schnell kontaktieren.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig, direkt an der S-Bahn-Station Stadtwald. Ein Bio-Markt und Edeka sind in der Nähe. Das Apartment hat einen kleinen Balkon und ein schönes Bad.
Schön wäre noch ein kleineres Kissen zum Schlafen und eine zweite Nachttischlampe.

Sehr unkomplizierter und sehr netter Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe per Box, Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber. Lage der Wohnung zum Hof und nicht zur S-Bahn, Edeka fußläufig zu erreichen und direkter Zugang zum Stadtwald für die abendliche Laufrunde nach de Arbeit. Komme sehr gerne wieder.
