Sehr freundliches Personal und unkomplizierter Kontakt und Check In. Wir konnten auf Anfrage schon gegen 11 Uhr ohne Aufpreis in die Wohnung. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man für einen Wochenendteip braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir waren in Essen um die Zeche Zollverein zu besuchen. Dafür ist die Lage sehr gut, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

La situation de la maison était idéal pour visiter la Zeche Zollverein (c’était notre priorité). Le logement se situe au deuxième et troisième étage de la maison, chaque étage est verrouillée par un code. C’est pas très pratique si on voyage avec des enfants en bas âge. Mais sinon c’était confortable, bien équipé, le quartier plutôt calme, on se gare très facilement devant la maison. La propriétaire est très sympa et la communication est facile. Je recommande !

Kleines, interessant eingerichtetes Apartment im 1. Obergeschoss mit Bad, Küche (mit riesigem Kühlaschrank), Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich unter dem Dach.
Das Zimmer auf dem Dachboden hat leider keine Toilette.

Für Konzerte oder Veranstaltungen in der Zeche Carl eine nahegelegene Option zum Übernachten. Für Künstler oder Kulturliebhaber eine coole und sehr interessante Wohnung mit Kunst. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Geschenken unkompliziert und in der Nähe Wohnhaft. Die Küche hat eine kleine Grundausstattung für zum Kochen.
Leider hatte die Wärmepumpe eine Störung so konnte nicht vorgeheizt werden. Darum war es in der Nacht eisig kalt, obwohl die Heizkörper warm gewesen sind. Im Geschenkesack hatte es was zu trinken gehabt, das leider schon abgelaufen war.
