Wij hadden een villa gereserveerd met zwembad. We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad, de kamer was proper, het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad was zuiders gericht, dus we hadden zon van 9u in de ochtend tot 15u in de namiddag. Er is ook een afgedekt terras. De kamers werden elke dag proper gemaakt. Met de scooter zit je 15min van Monkey Forest en populaire restaurants. Op 5min is er een supermarkt.

De lokale buren ernaast kunnen wel wat lawaai maken in de vroege ochtend

The rooms are very nice and new. The pool is amazing. I love the design of the hotel and room.

When you are paying a premium price you want a premium experience. Not just premium things. The bath salt and bubble bath were not filled by room service. I had to ask them every day. The location is far. 15-20 mins from Ubud city center and 20-30 mins atleast to all the activities of not more. Also very far from the main roads. So other than the hotel there is nothing close by. No convenience store or shop. The staff themselves were friendly and very polite and kind. They even gave my a charger because mine were not compatible with the sockets. The checkout was smooth other than the fact they wanted to do a inventory check before sending my luggage to the reception. Which I'm sure others do as well however never hold your luggage hostage lol. Felt a little incrementing.
