Waffles were good.
Milk went sour, cereal was stale, gnats buzzed the bread box, toaster was unpredictable.

Big room. Comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge in room. Nice mountain view. Good location for leaf-peeping
We knew this was going to be a fairly basic stay and that there was building work going on so didn't have high expectations. The decor was quite dated and the air con very noisy (we turned it off). There are no eating places within walking distance (the only one there is was closed due to a fire) which meant we had to go into town for food but we had a car so not the end of the world. Probably the worst thing was the breakfast (included) which was pretty basic self service using paper plates/cups in a room with the wallpaper stripped off! Definitely memorable though ;)
