Stayed at an 1 bedroom suite with my mom for a night during Fall season on a weekday and had a very pleasant experience. The price range was similar to a double room in other hotels and inns in Lincoln if not cheaper, but we got to have basically a fully furnished apartment for ourselves. There is everything--the kitchen is fully equipped with a standard stove and oven, a microwave, a large fridge, appliances like toaster/kettle/blender, a dish washer, and knife set/silverware/utensils/dishes enough for definitely more than 2. Everything looks clean, new and well-maintained. They have a table of the number of all items included posted behind the door of a cabinet which surprised me with their attention to details. The various items and appliances they provide makes it feel very homey. Plus there is a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a spacious balcony and a fireplace. Tried to explore the public amenities they have during the short night: Besides the pools and different courts, they also have reasonably priced activities and tours everyday which I imagine would be great for family trips. We chose this place because it's right at the Kancamagus Highway so it's really convenient for our fall foliage trip. The place is quiet and has nice views too. The staff was very polite and there were two people stationed at the front desk ready to help when we arrived to check in even when the lobby was empty during off-peak time. Can't really comment much about other room types or times of the week and year, but we were very surprised by the great value and the hospitality here and will be willing to come back and stay for more nights next year.

As an owner we were disappointed how fun down the place is after paying maintenance fees seems like just a cheap hotel most owners must be renting out unit we tried to sell but no bites
