Riverwalk at Loon is located right next to the Village Shops in Lincoln, NH – by Pemigewasset River with direct access to Loon Mountain’s South Peak Expansion.
One bedroom + Living room CONDO, mount+river view unit at a luxury brand new RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain! Sleeps 4, king master bedroom, living room with sleeper sofa (queen size) + fireplace, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, dishes, bathroom & soaking tub.
Free self-parking.
On-site amenities: 2 heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, state-of-the-art fitness club with mountain and river views, Solstice North Day Spa, game room, La Vista Restaurant and Bar, Seven Birches Winery. For your convenience, River Walk offers concierge, bell service, and complimentary shuttle service to Loon Mountain (drop-off locations at Governor's Lodge and Octagon Lodge).
Loon Mountain offering many year-round activities: skiing and tubing, bike trails, aerial forest adventure park, gondola sky rides, zipline adventures, climbing wall, bungee trampoline, Logjam Maze, a spiderweb of fun. Other nearby attractions: Whale's Tale Water Park, mini-golf, Clark's Trading Post, Alpine Adventures, The Basin at Franconia Notch, kayaking, and canoeing.
No Smoking of any kind or pets is allowed in this unit. There is a designated smoking area outside the resort located on the west side.
We also own the unit next door and both can be rented together as one. See VRBO listing 1119065. Cleaning fee unit next door of $50 is for a one time cleaning. Daily cleaning is available at a rate of $18 per day. Please specify if you would like daily cleanings before reserving.

The room was nice and the balcony had an amazing view. There were a few oversights with the cleaning that were addressed with the resort and it all turned out ok. Recommend visiting the winery and enjoying the flight to sample what they make. The pools are also something to enjoy.

This suite was so comfortable for our family and the hotel had all of the amenities we were looking for. We would definitely stay again.

Great unit and property location. Unfortunately, the property is under construction until 2024. The contractors are there from 7 am until 4 pm each weekday. I feel when booking this property you should be informed of this prior to booking which we were not. It was a little disappointing because the weather was nice but sitting out on the balcony was very limited for us due to the excessive dust and noise created from the ongoing construction.
